输电线路超高监测系统的设计与应用

Abstract:

提出应用图像识别技术来对输电线路超高进行监测,并设计出了一套监测系统。以摄像机监测到的输电线路区域内的物体为研究对象,利用场景建模、帧间差分、形态学过滤、光影检测和区域分类等技术提取真实的运动区域,然后基于模式识别技术对输电线路区域进行匹配跟踪获得运动目标并进行准确分类,智能识别是否有物体进入输电线路安全距离之内。通过实例分析证明系统在输电线路超高监测的优越性,达到了对输电线路超高的智能监测
