压力感受与七年制医学生抑郁关系及大五人格中介作用

Abstract:

?目的了解七年制医学生的抑郁情况,探讨压力感受、大五人格与抑郁关系以及大五人格在压力感受与七年制医学生抑郁关系中的中介作用,为促进医学生更好地发展提供参考。方法采用按年级分层整群抽样方法,于2014年6月对823名中国医科大学及大连医科大学七年制医学生进行现况调查,应用一般情况调查问卷、流调中心抑郁量表、大五人格问卷、压力感受量表对研究对象进行自填式问卷调查。结果七年制医学生抑郁量表得分为(18.98±9.01)分,压力感受得分为(17.90±4.74)分;大五人格中,外倾性得分(24.31±4.67)分,随和性(32.67±5.24)分,神经质(23.37±4.67)分,开放性(32.80±5.81)分,尽责性(28.75±4.68)分;多元分层回归分析显示,抑郁与压力感受呈正相关(P<0.01),大五人格的外倾性、随和性、尽责性、开放性维度与抑郁、压力感受呈负相关,而神经质维度与抑郁、压力感受呈正相关(P<0.01);压力感受对抑郁倾向存在正向预测作用,解释变异量为33.1%(P<0.01),且大五人格中的随和性、尽责性、神经质维度在压力感受与抑郁的关系中起到部分中介作用,对抑郁解释量为11.0%,外倾性、开放性人格暂未发现有中介作用。结论压力感受以大五人格中的随和性、尽责性、神经质3个维度为中介对七年制医学生的抑郁有预测作用,减缓压力和建立适当的人格特质可有效降低抑郁倾向,有利于医学生的身心健康。
