肠道菌群与肥胖发生关系研究进展

Abstract:

?肠道菌群在肥胖的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。肠道微生物的种类和相互比例与肥胖密切相关,肠道菌群通过宿主与饮食交互作用调节能量代谢,肠道菌群的改变也可导致过多毒素产生进而诱发炎症反应和促进脂肪代谢综合征。本文就近年来有关肠道微生物与肥胖相关研究进展进行综述。
