Abstract:
？Ricehusksilicacatalystloadedwith10wt%vanadiumwassynthesizedfromagriculturalbiomassviaasol-gelsyntheticrouteatpH=9.Thecatalystwascharacterizedbydifferentphysico-chemicalmethods.TheFTIRspectrashowedtheformationofSi–O–VandV=Ostretchingbands.ThepresenceofvanadiumwasconfirmedbyEDXelementalanalysis.RH-10Vpossessedahighspecificsurfaceareaof276m2/gandporevolumeof0.83ml/g.Thepreparedcatalystpossessedanarrowporesizedistributioncenteredaround7.9nm.ThecatalyticperformanceofRH-10Vwastestedintheoxidationofacetophenoneat70°C.RH-10Vwasfoundtobeanactivecatalystintheoxidationofacetophenone,producing36.28%conversionefficiency.Theproductsidentifiedwerebenzoicacid,2-hydroxyacetophenone,phenol,aceticacid,and3-hydroxyacetophenone.
