空气弹簧附加气室容积有效利用率研究

Abstract:

:?附加气室容积可调空气弹簧特性试验系统和带附加气室空气弹簧系统数学模型表明:激振频率和振幅的增大会增大弹簧的动刚度;附加气室容积的增大则会降低弹簧动刚度。但当附加气室容积达到弹簧主气室容积的1倍左右后,容积继续增大对动刚度影响甚小。推导出了附加气室容积有效利用率表达式,研究了激振频率、振幅和初始气压对附加气室容积有效利用率的作用,激振频率和振幅的增大会降低附加气室容积有效利用率,而初始气压对其没有影响。试验和仿真结果比较一致。
