黄曲霉毒素检测方法研究进展

Abstract:

黄曲霉毒素是花生,玉米等农产品中普遍存在的危害性很大的污染物。30余年来对黄曲霉毒素的检测方法开展了许多研究,各国先后制定了食品、农产品中黄曲霉毒素的限量。我国原来的一些食品标准所采用的检测方法已不适应国际上新的限量规定,已有文献报道一些中药中也检测出黄曲霉毒素,现行药典尚未制定有关限量标准和检测方法。综述了黄曲霉毒素分析方法,可供从事中药和食品卫生检测工作者参考,重点介绍了免疫亲和柱净化,结合柱后衍生化HPLC分析法。黄曲霉毒素可以特异性的吸附在免疫亲和柱上,然后被有机溶剂洗脱,是检测草药中黄曲霉毒素时最好的固相萃取净化法。样品通过各种衍生化反应,用带有荧光检测器的HPLC检测方法具有较高的灵敏度、精密度,是各国普遍使用的方法。作者的研究也证明,免疫亲和柱净化、柱后衍生化HPLC分析法是适合中药中黄曲霉毒素检测的最好方法。
