药用植物来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂研究进展

Abstract:

α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂能够降低餐后高血糖,对糖尿病及糖尿病并发症的预防和治疗有很好的效果。随着拜糖平等α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂类药物的上市,国内外学者非常关注从药用植物中筛选天然的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂,以期找到新的、安全、有效的此类药物。作者通过查阅近30年的相关研究文献,综述了药用植物中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂及其体内外抑制作用评价的研究进展,总结出含有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的药用植物种类。
