链霉菌CPCC202950的化学成分研究

Abstract:

采用大孔树脂、MCI树脂、闪式反相C18柱色谱以及反相HPLC等多种色谱技术和方法,从链霉菌CPCC202950的发酵液中分离得到11个化合物,借助理化性质和波谱学数据分析,鉴定其结构为1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide(1),5'-deoxy-5'-methylthioinosine(2),vanillamide(3),trans-3-methylthioacrylamide(4),1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-3-carboxylicacid(5),环(L-脯氨酸-L-酪氨酸)(6),N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)]ethylacetamide(7),苯甲酰胺(8),cyclo(L-leucyl-trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline)(9),环(苯丙氨酸-甘氨酸)(10),色氨酸(11)。其中化合物1和2为新的天然产物;化合物1~11对HIV-1蛋白酶均没有明显的抑制作用(IC50>10μmol·L-1)。
