基于神经血管单元和网络药理学理论的抗脑卒中神经病变靶点分析

Abstract:

目的:总结抗脑卒中神经病变的潜在药物靶点,为开发治疗脑卒中神经病变的创新组分中药提供资料。方法:根据国内外文献总结了脑缺血再灌注损伤导致神经血管单元的3种细胞即神经元、神经胶质细胞和脑微血管内皮细胞死亡和凋亡的信号机制。结果:重要通路有5个:炎性因子-MMPs通路-Caspases,Ca2+-线粒体通路-Caspases,Ca2+-磷脂酶-PI-3K/AK通路,Ca2+-自由基-MAPK通路,Ca2+-NO-蛋白酶通路。其中重要节点是Caspases,Ca2+和NO。结论:针对脑卒中神经病变信号网络的关键环节,发挥中药多层次多机制的特色,在神经血管单元和网络药理学理论指导下的创新组分中药开发极具价值。
