金银花的化学成分研究

Abstract:

目的:通过正相硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、MCI树脂、SephadexLH-20,制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从金银花中分离得到18个化合物;借助波谱学分析方法鉴定它们的结构分别为:adinosideA(1),stryspinoside(2),苄醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),苄基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸酯(4),2,5-二羟基苯甲酸-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),丁香油酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),丁香油酚-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),(-)-南烛木树脂酚9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),(+)-南烛木树脂酚9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),芹菜素7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10),木犀草素3'-O-L-鼠李糖苷(11),熊果酸(12),β-谷甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6'-O-棕榈酸酯(13),脱落酸(14),鸟苷(15),5-甲氧基尿嘧啶(16),反式桂皮酸(17)和对羟基苯甲醛(18)。以上化合物均为首次从金银花中分离得到。
