基于新型横向稳定杆的自卸车侧倾性能优化

Abstract:

?针对电动轮自卸车前、后桥运动不协调,侧倾性能差的现象,提出了一种新型长度可变、刚度可调节的非线性横向稳定杆。采用多体动力学方法建立了自卸车整车动力学模型,并进行了运动学性能和侧倾性能分析。结果表明:使用新型横向稳定杆的自卸车前、后桥运动不协调现象得到了解决,直线行驶性能提高了61.71%,侧倾性能提高了26.32%,驾驶人座椅侧向振动减小了7.1%;采用遗传算法对自卸车侧倾性能进行了优化,使侧倾性能提高了25%。
