混合料搅拌设备筛孔尺寸优化配置

Abstract:

?为了获得实际筛孔尺寸和标准筛孔尺寸之间较为准确的关系,以便改善筛分效率,提出了筛孔尺寸配置的要求,研究了各层筛孔尺寸之间的关系,建立了基于筛分效率理论的筛孔尺寸优化配置模型,并对某3000型振动筛进行了筛分效率试验,找出了其第2层、第3层筛分效率过低的问题;利用筛孔尺寸优化配置模型对试验用振动筛的筛孔尺寸进行了优化配置,借助MATLAB优化工具箱进行求解。研究结果表明:第2层和第3层筛孔尺寸需略有增加,采用优化后的筛孔尺寸配置,试验用3000型振动筛的筛分效率可达到85%以上的标准要求。
