基于电气式能量回收的液压挖掘机转台节能驱动系统

Abstract:

?为了使液压挖掘机达到节能的目的,考虑到混合动力挖掘机具有电量储存单元的特点,针对传统挖掘机转台加速和制动过程中的溢流损耗,提出了一种基于液压马达-发电机的溢流损耗能量回收的转台节能驱动系统。分析了一种基于先导操作手柄压力和回转马达进出口压力的转台工作模式辨别准则。考虑到大惯性负载引起的反转问题和转台冲击,提出了一种基于转台转速的回收马达进口压力动态调整方法以及防反转控制方法。最后建立了多种驱动系统的数学模型,并进行了节能效果和操控性能的仿真研究。结果表明:该系统不仅可以实现转台制动动能的回收,而且可回收转台加速过程中的溢流损耗,同时在防反转控制和防止转台加速度冲击方面均具有良好的控制效果;相对于原驱动系统,新型驱动系统节能约38%。
