焊钉连接件拉剪相关关系模型试验

Abstract:

?为了明确组合结构桥梁常用焊钉连接件在拉剪共同作用下的承载性能,进行了10组焊钉抗拉、抗剪和抗拉剪共同作用承载力模型试验,分析比较了焊钉高度对抗拉剪共同作用承载力的影响以及拉剪共同作用极限状态下拉力施力比和剪力施力比的相关关系;并基于70个拉剪共同作用试验数据,提出了焊钉抗拉剪共同作用承载力计算式。研究结果表明:当模型试件为焊钉杆部断裂破坏时,焊钉高度对抗拉剪共同作用承载力基本无影响;拉剪共同作用极限状态下,剪力施力比随拉力施力比的增加而减小,两者呈非线性负相关的关系,当拉力施力比为0.6时,其值最大减少约38%;提出的抗拉剪共同作用承载力计算式的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,建议当拉力或剪力不大于纯拉或纯剪承载力的10%时,可忽略相互作用的影响。
