多因素作用下混凝土中性化深度数值模拟

Abstract:

?为了给混凝土结构耐久性研究和寿命预测提供参考,依据扩散理论和有限元数值模拟,对应力、碳化和酸雨等单一因素和多因素作用下的混凝土构件中性化区域的物质含量分布、pH值和中性化深度进行了分析。研究结果表明:在混凝土中性化过程中,完全碳化区内的CO2浓度曲线近似呈直线下降,部分碳化区内呈非线性下降,整体曲线呈指数分布,而H+和SO42-呈非线性下降分布;混凝土内部Ca(OH)2含量和pH值是连续变化的,存在部分中性化区;应力、酸雨与碳化存在耦合效应,酸雨腐蚀初期抑制碳化进行;混凝土中性化深度的数值模拟具有一定的可信度。
