隐极式无刷直流电机转子初始位置估计

Abstract:

转子初始位置的确定是无刷直流电机控制系统无反转、大转矩起动的基础。详细分析了无刷直流电机在施加电压矢量过程中,非导通相端电压的变化趋势和转子初始位置之间的关系,基于定子铁心的饱和效应,提出了一种新的转子初始位置估计方法。该方法向电枢绕组施加3个电压矢量,分别检测各个电压矢量下非导通相端电压的变化趋势,得到转子的初始位置,估计精度为60°。该方法无需电流传感器,实现方便,适用于低成本场合。利用STM8S903K3单片机为核心的无刷直流电机控制系统实验平台对所提方法进行验证,结果表明该方法能够有效估计转子初始位置。
