功率变换器IGBT开关模块的传导电磁干扰预测

Abstract:

提出一种新的频域模块化建模方法,用于预测功率变换器中传导电磁干扰噪声源。该建模方法以绝缘栅双极晶体管开关模块为基本单元,在一定的开关条件下,建立诺顿等效电路,获得噪声电流源和噪声源阻抗,连同传播路径一起构成功率变换器系统的电磁干扰预测模型。搭建一个标准的实验平台,可以方便地控制开关条件以及提取传播路径参数。实验结果表明,该模块化模型可以精确预测整个传导干扰频段内的电磁干扰噪声。最后的非线性分析验证了该方法的有效性和通用性。
