风电孤岛经混合三端直流送出的模型预测控制

Abstract:

采用混合多端直流将我国西部能源基地的电力外送是未来发展的方向。由于风能具有随机性和间歇性的特点,宜采取孤岛运行并通过电压源换流器(voltagesourceconverter,VSC)并入传统直流输电系统。针对这种拓扑下连接风电孤岛的VSC,该文提出基于模型预测控制(modelpredictivecontrol,MPC)的控制策略。该控制策略不含PI环节,可以直接求取几个周期内调制波的最优解,避免与双馈风机控制器中PI环节的相互影响,还具有动态响应快和控制精度高的特点。针对混合多端由于功率波动和故障情况导致直流电压波动以及LCC本身存在纹波的问题,提出在基本控制算法上增加对直流电压的预测,减小直流电压波动的影响并增强抗扰动能力。该文结合我国西北电网风电送出的实际需求,在PSCAD中建立混合多端模型,在风速波动和交直流故障情况下验证所提出的模型预测控制策略的有效性及故障恢复性能。
