一种基于电力系统在线平台的广域阻尼协调控制方法

Abstract:

实现广域阻尼控制与就地阻尼控制间的协调控制可以更为有效地抑制大型互联电网的低频振荡,具有重要理论意义和工程应用价值。为实现二者的协调控制,该文提出一种基于电力系统仿真平台的广域阻尼协调控制方法。首先,针对大电网广域协调阻尼控制问题,从多变量系统频域角度建立广域协调阻尼控制研究结构,进而借助于小增益理论研究广域控制与就地控制的影响关系,以及多广域控制间的影响关系;然后,提出广域控制器间的柔性协调因子指标,该指标能够量化广域控制与就地控制协调运行能力以及多广域控制间的协调运行能力,并提出基于电力系统实时仿真平台的柔性协调因子指标实时计算方法,以利于文章协调控制方法在实际电网中的应用。在上述研究基础上提出基于柔性协调因子的广域协调阻尼控制流程,借助电力系统实时仿真平台,实时计算系统中广域控制与就地控制间的协调运行情况,及多台广域控制间的协调运行情况,并根据电网的运行方式变化实时形成控制策略,从而实现系统的广域协调阻尼控制。通过实际电网实例验证了提出方法的有效性及在实际电网中应用的可行性。
