有机酸脱硫浆液的离子浸出与传质特性

Abstract:

基于湿法烟气脱硫中试装置,进行4种有机酸强化浆液脱硫实验研究,测定了有机酸对离子浸出、石灰石利用、SO2吸收、传质阻力与增强因子的影响。结果显示:除草酸外,已二酸、柠檬酸、甲酸对Ca2+,Mn2+,Fe2+浸出有明显促进。与空白相比,pH=5.6,Ca2+浸出分别增加50.7%、41.4%、32.9%,Fe3+、Mn2+浸出量约增加1倍,Mn2+等与HSO3?形成络合物诱发催化反应加速SO32-氧化,同时反应面H+浓度提高,CaSO3溶解速率加快。浆液pH值、有机酸种类与气相总传质阻力密切相关,pH>6.0,为平稳上升阶段,pH<6.0,为快速上升阶段,pH=5.0,已二酸、柠檬酸、甲酸的阻力仅为空白的45%,46%,61%。SO2吸收速率增加1.3%~5.6%,且pH值越低,作用越明显。结果表明:对浆液的离子浸出与传质特性促进排序为已二酸>柠檬酸>甲酸>空白>草酸。
