填料塔中氨水脱除模拟烟气中CO2的实验研究

Abstract:

为缩减燃煤电厂CO2的排放量,利用氨水在填料塔内喷淋吸收模拟烟气中的CO2,完成了对CO2连续脱除的实验研究。分别研究氨水浓度、CO2体积浓度、模拟烟气温度、吸收液pH值、进气口气体流量等因素对CO2脱除效率的影响。实验结果表明:CO2脱除效率随氨水浓度的增大而增大;随CO2体积浓度的增大而减小;随吸收液pH的减小,CO2脱除效率不断降低;当模拟烟气温度从35~40℃时CO2脱除率逐渐升高,从40~45℃反而降低;进气口气体流量越大,CO2脱除效率越低。与喷淋塔相比,填料塔更能提高脱除效率。
