TNPC型光伏并网逆变器的PCHD建模与控制

Abstract:

根据T型中点箝位(T-typeneutralpointclamped,TNPC)型光伏并网逆变器拓扑结构建立端口受控的耗散哈密顿(portcontrolledHamiltonianwithdissipation,PCHD)数学模型。基于此数学模型,采用互联和阻尼配置无源控制(interconnectionanddampingassignmentpassivity-basedcontrol,IDA-PBC)方法设计控制器。介绍三电平空间矢量调制算法的原理及实现方法。仿真结果表明,该文设计的基于PCHD模型的TNPC型光伏并网逆变器无源控制器能够使光伏并网逆变器实现网侧单位功率因数、电流低谐波;同时,使并网逆变器具有良好的动态、静态特性。
