一种交错并联型三电平双降压式全桥光伏并网逆变器

Abstract:

提出一种新颖的交错并联型三电平双降压式全桥光伏并网逆变器。保留了三电平双降压式全桥逆变器转换效率高、开关损耗低等优点,交错并联技术的引入,不仅使得逆变器输出电流纹波在不提高功率管开关频率的情况下进一步减小且频率增加一倍,从而减小了并网电流的总谐波失真,而且提高了系统的功率密度,降低了功率器件的电应力和热应力。提出交错并联的两路逆变共用两个工频开关管,弱化了控制的复杂性,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,且使得系统更易扩展。详细分析逆变器的工作原理,设计试制一台2kW原理样机,实验结果验证了原理的正确性及系统的性能优势。
