Abstract:

针对E类逆变器由于发射端阻抗参数漂移而造成失谐的问题,研究其在无线电能传输系统中的锁相控制方法. 所提出的控制方法有助于降低发射端谐振回路对参数漂移的敏感性,并提高系统运行的稳定性. 所搭建的无线电能传输系统样机在1 MHz频率附近实现了逆变器负载阻抗角的锁定,从而验证了所提出设计方法的准确性和可行性. 实验结果表明,样机可稳定运行于不同的负载条件,在发射线圈与接收线圈的耦合系数仅为0.07时,样机的系统效率达到了65.5%.
This paper focuses on the Class E inverter applied in WPT system with the series-series compensation topology. A control method was proposed to lock the load impedance phase of inverter. The proposed phase-locked control method benefits the stability of system when the resonance parameter drift with the variation of load condition. A prototype of WPT system was built to verify the feasibility and accuracy of design method proposed,and its load impedance phase of inverter is locked at about 1 MHz frequency. As the experiment shown,the prototype operated stably at different load conditions,and the system efficiency of prototype reaches 66% when the coupling coefficient of coupling coil is only 0.07
