镁合金负载TiO2薄膜的耐腐蚀性能研究

Abstract:

用液相沉积法(LPD)在变形镁合金AZ31表面制备了TiO2薄膜,该薄膜由均一的锐钛型TiO2颗粒构成;对薄膜X射线衍射得到其平均晶粒直径约100nm;SEM观察表明,薄膜表面颗粒均匀,有一定的晶体学外观,粒径约150nm~200nm;薄膜的厚度约7μm.研究了薄膜在3.5%NaCl溶液中对镁合金的保护作用,结果表明水解温度和沉积时间对薄膜的保护作用影响最大;35℃恒温水解,沉积20h,在400℃下烧结2h所得的薄膜对基体的保护效果最好.
