阴极保护对Q235钢空泡腐蚀影响的研究

Abstract:

采用EIS、SEM和失重法等手段研究了阴极保护技术对Q235钢的空蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在阴极保护电位-800mV附近,能够极大程度的降低基体的腐蚀速率,析氢电位(-1200mV)下,有发生氢脆的倾向。同时,对不同保护电位下空泡腐蚀的EIS结果进行拟合得到Rt值随时间变化特点,在自腐蚀电位下Rt值随时间延长而下降,-800mV时Rt值有比较小的增大趋势,而在-1000和-1200mV的电位下则是变小的趋势,在-1200mV的极化电位下,Rt值相比已经非常小。
