高强Al-Cu合金2219及其熔敷金属的点蚀行为研究

Abstract:

采用循环极化电化学测试、浸泡实验和表面形貌观察,研究了2219铝合金及其2种焊丝的熔敷金属在3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀性能.结果表明,2219铝合金抗点蚀性能优于2种焊丝的熔敷金属,这主要与α固溶体中析出的第二相θ(Al2Cu)颗粒的数量和分布形式有关.
