永磁-感应子式混合励磁发电机三维暂态温度场的计算与分析

Abstract:

根据传热学理论,建立了永磁-感应子式混合励磁发电机电磁稳态条件下三维暂态温度场求解模型;给出了基本假设及相应的边界条件,确定了电机各部分的导热系数及表面散热系数;根据电磁场计算,得出了电机定子铁心损耗、绕组铜耗、转子涡流损耗及机械损耗等热源的分布;采用有限元法对电机三维暂态温度场进行了计算,分析了励磁电流、电机转速及负载类型对电机温度场的影响。通过样机实验对温度场的计算结果进行验证。
