新型电励磁磁通切换发电机电磁性能

Abstract:

提出了一种新型的6/13极电励磁磁通切换式发电机,分析了其基本结构、工作原理,利用有限元分析方法比较了其与电励磁双凸极电机的电磁特性定子磁链、反电动势、磁场调节能力,并且在相同励磁安匝、相同励磁电流密度、均能整流输出14V/90A三种不同条件下比较了两者的外特性。同时,估算了两者的铜耗及铁耗,比较了两者的效率。结果表明,电励磁磁通切换电机具有高正弦度的双极性磁链与反电动势,且在相同条件下,电励磁磁通切换电机具有较高的空载反电动势。由于电励磁双凸极电机定子铁心磁通密度高度饱和,其外特性较“硬”。在整流输出14V/90A条件下,电励磁磁通切换电机铜耗与铁耗小,效率较高。
