基于新距离测度的电能质量测量数据压缩算法

Abstract:

利用电压波形等电能质量测量信号的周期重复特性,仅保存测量信号中出现前后变化的周期数据,而不保存那些没有明显差异的周期数据,从而实现低失真度的数据压缩。针对电能质量标准信号与扰动信号的特征,提出全局测度因子和幅值测度因子两个能够反映电能质量信号差异的特征量,构造新的距离测度函数,并给出测度阈值的确定方法。电力系统电压实测数据的校验结果表明,新方法能够有效识别测量数据中的差异,实现数据的有效压缩,且计算量远小于小波变换等方法。
