谐波磁场下硅钢片磁致伸缩特性分析

Abstract:

非线性负荷接入电网会导致变压器和电机铁心磁场含有谐波,谐波的存在加剧了铁心的振动噪声。鉴于目前谐波磁场对硅钢片磁致伸缩特性影响的基础研究还比较缺乏,本文利用一台精度为10nm/m的单片电工钢片磁致伸缩测量装置,通过控制励磁磁场中三次谐波的幅值和相位,测量了无取向电工钢片的磁致伸缩波形曲线,讨论了磁场谐波成分的增加对磁致伸缩四次和六次谐波的影响。在此基础上,通过A计权特性计算了谐波磁场下磁致伸缩引起的电工钢片噪声分贝值,给出了描述谐波磁场与磁致伸缩及其对应噪声分贝值关系的二维曲面。最后,提出采用磁弹性间接耦合方法仿真分析了一台永磁同步电机铁心的磁致伸缩形变及其对应的噪声分布。所得测量数据及仿真结果可为准确分析电机铁心磁致伸缩引起的振动噪声提供参考。
