Abstract:

为改善单相混合励磁磁通切换电机(HybridExcitationFluxSwitchingMotor,HEFSM)存在转矩死区的问题,文章分析了一种采用不对称转子结构的解决方案。首先分析了该转子的结构设计特点,由于采用不对称转子结构的HEFSM磁场分布更为复杂,因此同时提出了较为实用的简化模型的建模方法,该方法以简化磁路模型为基础建立了电机的电磁转矩表达式。通过给定电流有限元仿真与联合仿真证明不对称转子结构可有效地改善单相HEFSM的转矩死区问题;测试结果表明所建简化模型准确度较高,改善转矩死区效果明显。
