全桥LLC变换器短路电流控法(I)——理论分析

Abstract:

短路限流问题是目前LLC变换器的研究难点之一。基于相平面分析法,本文详细推导了全桥LLC谐振变换器的相平面轨迹,分析了变换器在短路下相平面轨迹的特点,提出了两种适合于全桥LLC变换器限制短路电流的开关管控制方法。两种方法分别采用了基于移相的升频和降频方案,通过设计状态变量的相平面轨迹,可将短路输出电流限制在所需值,同时仍然保证了开关管的ZVS软开关。理论分析表明,相比传统方案,本文提出方法具有更好的短路电流限流效果。
