机场运营与区域经济增长关联性——以南京禄口国际机场为例

Abstract:

首先构造了机场发展规模作用于其与都市区各类空间之关系的理论框架,然后以南京为例进行实证研究。研究表明,南京仍然处于区域带动机场发展的阶段,机场对城市的辐射效应微弱,中心城区对机场客货运业务的带动较市域经济强,腹地活跃的商务活动和发达的都市服务业,为机场提供了总量支撑;江宁区与机场业务的关联主要体现在货运层面,机场货运业务的发展推动了江宁经济,反之,江宁区对机场货运的带动不甚明显;机场运营对其所在地禄口街道的经济影响微弱,而禄口街道对机场客运有明显促进作用,但在货运方面,由于街道工业园区内企业的航空货运需求普遍不强,因此其对货运业务的推动很不明显。可以预见,随着机场规模的持续扩张,南京禄口机场将从依托城市发展转向带动城市经济增长,并对禄口街道和江宁区产生明显溢出效应。
