非相似余度作动系统静态力均衡控制策略

Abstract:

由功率电传作动器EHA(Electro-HydrostaticActuator)与EMA(Electro-MechanicalActuator)构成的非相似余度作动系统取消了中央液压源和遍布机身的液压管路,同时克服了共性故障,是飞机多电化的发展趋势.阐述了非相似余度作动系统的结构组成与工作原理,考虑舵面空气负载和连接刚度,建立了在主动/主动工作模式下闭环系统数学模型.在此基础上,论述了非相似余度作动系统静态力纷争的产生机理,提出了采用调整电气参数偏差的方法补偿静态力纷争的思想,基于上述原理提出了3种减小静态力纷争的力均衡控制策略,并对其进行理论和仿真分析.最后,对3种力均衡控制策略在静态力纷争消除性、隔离性等方面进行了综合对比分析.分析结果对非相似余度作动系统的设计及力纷争的解决提供了理论依据.
