基于毛体积密度的WMA压实温度的确定及路用性能研究

Abstract:

选取常用的2种温拌改性剂EC120和Sasobit,采用毛体积密度作为衡量压实效果的指标,将最大密度对应的温度视为最佳压实温度,在此温度下成型沥青混合料试件,并通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、弯曲试验和疲劳试验研究温拌沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明这2种温拌改性剂均能提高沥青的高温性能、抗变形能力和感温性能,但沥青的低温性能稍有下降;温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性和抗疲劳性能均好于热拌沥青混合料,但低温抗裂性比热拌沥青混合料略差。最后通过试验路的铺筑进一步证明了温拌沥青混合料的路用性能良好。
