Abstract:

针对短生命周期产品回收率与需求率相关的情况,提出了连续盘点策略的逆向物流随机性库存模型。构造1个两级三阶逆向物流系统结构,假定产品的回收率与需求率服从正态分布且两者之间存在一定的相依性,并提出不同整数短生命周期下满足各阶稳定平衡的确定性转化策略。以周转库存成本、安全库存成本和期望缺货成本构成系统总成本函数,在满足连续盘点策略需求的基础上结合迭代求解的基本理念上设计模型的求解方法。定义周期数与总周转库存成本关系所构成的判别函数,设计了问题求解的Silver-Meal启发式优化算法,并进行算例测试仿真,结果表明该方法的随机规划更具普适性,且近似方法也适用于库存策略参数最优值的推导,模型在得到最小成本解上有很好的性能。
