干线公路城市过境方案决策的灰色格序方法

Abstract:

为科学合理地进行干线公路城市过境方案的决策,在已有研究的基础上,结合灰色关联法与格序决策法,提出了灰色格序决策方法。该方法在建立评价指标体系的基础上,采用极值法进行指标的无量化处理,应用熵值法确定指标的权重,并用灰色关联度来度量备选方案与理想方案之间的贴近程度。根据提出的方法,对干线公路G204盐城节点过境方案进行了比选,经分析发现,绕行式的过境模式虽然增加了过境车辆的绕行距离,但从工程经济、环境影响等方面综合考虑,仍不失为一种相对较优的过境方案。应用结果表明灰色格序法综合了灰色关联法和格序决策法的优点,能更好地反映备选方案间的相对优劣关系。
