TFOT前后聚合物改性沥青SBS含量的化学滴定分析

Abstract:

为对聚合物改性沥青中苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)含量进行快速低成本的现场检测,借鉴油脂碘值的测定原理,利用化学滴定方法对不同SBS含量的改性沥青样品进行了分析,结果发现沥青的碘值测定结果与其SBS含量之间存在良好的线性关系,并在此基础上建立了SBS含量标定曲线。经过对丁二烯嵌段含量进行修正处理,该标定曲线可用于不同规格与牌号的SBS改性剂的含量测算。随后利用此方法对薄膜烘箱加热试验(TFOT)后的SBS改性沥青进行了检测,发现不饱和双键的氧化和断裂造成沥青碘值的降低,从而导致表观SBS含量下降,但是各样品间仍保持良好线性。通过分析老化机理和扣除基质沥青的影响因素,阐明了TFOT后SBS的老化程度与其TFOT前的百分含量成正比。
