一种激光点云数据与视频图像相融合的收费数据校核系统

Abstract:

高速公路运营时有时存在作弊逃费现象。应收费用有时与实收费用出现误差,同时高速公路上车辆信息(车型和车牌)、交通状况的实时监控也不完善。因此,提出了一种激光扫描点云数据和视频图像相融合的收费数据校核系统,通过配准激光扫描点云数据和视频图像,提取和跟踪车辆目标,对自由流状态下的车辆信息(车型和车牌)、车流进行了检测,达到收费数据校核、交通状况检测的目的,弥补了单一激光扫描仪和视频传感器的不足。现场测试使用效果良好。
