堆石体道基的冲击填筑技术

Abstract:

基于爆破堆石体颗粒个体特征以及冲击加固工艺特点,确立了厚分层强夯加固基本原则,并针对道基道槽区、土面区等不同功能区不同工程要求,相应提出了分区域、分层位采用不同的冲击加固组织方案。堆石体冲击碰撞大变形数值仿真揭示了堆石体夯锤冲击作用的响应特征,结合工艺性先导试验,合理确定了强夯能级、夯点布置及夯锤设计参数。根据依托工程质量检测成果,论证了道槽区与土面区等不同功能区堆石体强夯冲击加固采用不同工艺组织的必要性与合理性,且进一步验证了强夯虚铺厚度、夯点间距等设计参数取值的合理性。
