橡胶粉水泥稳定粒料基层路用性能试验

Abstract:

为延缓水泥稳定粒料基层收缩开裂、改善路面使用性能、延长路面使用寿命,在一系列试验的基础上,对水泥稳定粒料基层材料的力学性能与收缩性能随橡胶粉掺量的变化规律进行了系统的研究。结果表明水泥稳定粒料的无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、弯拉强度、弯拉回弹模量均表现为随橡胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐降低掺入橡胶粉后水泥稳定粒料的干缩系数与温缩系数明显减小,橡胶粉掺量越大,干缩系数与温缩系数降低的幅度越大橡胶粉掺量为0.5%~1.5%时,混合料既能满足基层材料强度与刚度的要求,其收缩性能又能得到明显改善。
