基于不同超热温度的浇注式沥青混合料高温性能

Abstract:

浇注式沥青混合料摊铺温度一般在240℃左右,高温下沥青将发生严重的超热老化,然而超热老化温度对浇注式沥青混合料高温性能的影响规律鲜见报道.对此分别采用静态贯入度和动态贯入度试验对基于超热老化温度的浇注式沥青混合料高温性能变化规律进行了研究.研究结果表明静态贯入度和动态贯入度均与超热老化温度高度线性相关,随着超热老化温度升高,贯入度值明显下降,并且动态贯入度考虑了改性沥青的弹性恢复能力,数值明显偏小.在通过降低超热温度提高浇注式沥青混合料疲劳性能的同时,必须采取措施解决由于超热老化温度下降导致其高温抗变形能力降低的问题.
