五种嘧啶苄胺类除草剂氘取代物的合成

Abstract:

为制备HPLC-MS/MS农药残留分析中使用的新发现除草活性成分的同位素内标物,本研究以全氘代甲醇为起始原料,通过亲核取代、氧化、缩合、还原等6步反应制备了5种活性成分的甲氧基的全氘代物,分别是4-[2-氯-6-(4,6-二(2H3)甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄氨基]苯甲酸异丙酯、4-[2-氯-6-(4,6-二(2H3)甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄胺基]苯甲酸正丙酯、N-[2-氯-6-(4,6-二(2H3)甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄氨基]-5-溴吡啶、N-[2-氯-6-(4,6-二(2H3)甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄基]-4-溴苯胺和N-[2-氯-6-(4,6-二(2H3)甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄基]-2,5-二氯苯胺.氘取代物结构通过NMR、MS、FTIR和UV确证.HPLC外标法分析表明,5种氘取代物的化学纯度均大于98%.这些甲氧基氘取代物完全满足质谱分析对内标物的要求,可作为HPLC-MS/MS分析的同位素内标物.
