Bridgman压砧几种内加热方式及其温度测量

Abstract:

设计了4种Bridgman压砧内加热方式,尝试了钽和石墨作为加热材料,采用双热电偶测温,分别测量了不同加热方式的样品中部和上部温度与输入电压的关系,并粗略地讨论了样品的温度梯度。在0.1GPa压力下,样品温度达到1300℃以上。另外,在5.0GPa高压下、1000℃范围内测量了样品温度随输入电压变化的曲线。
