合同柔性与项目管理绩效改善实证研究:信任的影响

Abstract:

合同柔性对工程项目管理绩效改善的积极作用已得到理论研究支持,但缺乏基于样本数据的实证检验。从业主与承包商信任的视角,本文构建了合同柔性、项目管理绩效及信任驱动/调节理论模型,探讨了信任在合同柔性与项目管理绩效关系中的作用。通过对233份调查问卷的统计数据分析,工程项目合同柔性对项目管理绩效改善具有显著作用,而关系要素信任是合同柔性形成的驱动变量而非合同柔性与绩效改善间的调节变量,且信任对绩效改善具有正向影响,研究发现具有一定的理论意义及工程实践价值。
