原位TiCP/Fe复合材料组织中的有害相及其防止措施

Abstract:
研究了原位(insitu)TiCP/Fe复合材料组织中有害相Fe3C和Fe2Ti的形成过程及其防止措施。结果表明:Fe3C和Fe2Ti均在Fe2Ti2C熔体等温反应后的凝固过程中形成,且与奥氏体中固溶的Ti量有关;对熔体进行微量Cu、Ni合金化及孕育处理可促进熔体中TiC颗粒的形成,并有效地防止组织中有害相的产生,从而使复合材料的性能得以进一步提高。
