Abstract:

为了优化设计PE/PE层合板复合材料和准确评价其性能,必须深入地研究该类材料的损伤破坏机理,进而揭示其损伤扩展规律,预测因损伤的存在对材料刚度、强度等宏观性能的影响。基于拟三维模型的概念,提出了适合于数值模拟PE/PE层合板复合材料力学行为的修正模型。应用此有限元数值模型,对3种准各向同性UHMWPE/HDPE层合板在拉伸载荷条件下的损伤及损伤扩展进行了模拟,对这些材料的破坏机理进行了探讨,并预测了它们的强度。通过试验,可知应用上述模型进行数值模拟所获得的结果与试验数据是吻合的。证明了修正后的有限元数值模型的有效性。
