DCT压缩域的图像检索技术

Abstract:

针对离散余弦变换(DCT)压缩域中的图像检索算法存在的问题,提出了一种新的检索算法.利用DCT块中系数的分布特性,构造边缘空间分布图,采用一种边缘空间分布特征矢量来对图像内容进行描述.同时,考虑到DCT块中的能量对最终检索结果的影响,又采用每类边缘分布图中DCT块的能量和作为图像的另一种特征.该算法不需要完全解压缩,计算复杂度低,不仅考虑了DCT块的空间分布,又考虑了块内的能量分布,避免了由于DCT块统计分布信息相同而能量不同而造成的误检漏检情况.实验结果表明该算法具有较好的检索性能.
