我国工业化进程中产业结构升级与新常态下的经济增长

Abstract:
摘要 在一个国家的工业化进程中,由于在不同阶段各个产业在增长率上的差别以及供求关系的变化,产业结构将不断地发生变化和升级,中国的工业化进程中也是如此。但由于中国的工业化进程是伴随着转轨进程发生的,又有自身的一些特点。中国的工业化进程中产业结构的变化与世界其他国家的发展相比,既有相同之处,又有其特殊性。随着工业化的推进和经济发展水平的不断提高,中国的工业化进程已经进入后期。在这一新的发展阶段第三产业将替代第二产业,成为经济增长的主导产业,具体表现为第三产业的增长率将高于第二产业,在国民经济中的比重也超过第二产业并且开始迅速提升,并由此带动就业结构的升级。在这样的条件下,第三产业仍然会保持较快的发展,而第二产业的增长率则在出现回落后则不会再回到原先的速度,由此将导致整个国民经济潜在增长率的回落。产业结构的加速升级是我国经济增长的新趋势,也是进入“新常态”的重要影响因素,应根据这一发展调整和改善我们的宏观调控和管理。

| [18] | Abstract: Reflecting the theoretical root cause of the systematical deviation embodied in the designing of the old normal economic system, this paper discusses the getting rid of the excessive generalized virtual economy and no longer to tolerate the corruption appeared against the backgrounds in turn of the five system levels that is rectifying the public target, operating and pricing public goods, balancing the state owner enterprises and the private enterprises, improving the career innovation drive mode, revitalization of the real Economy. Then it reveals the room for improvement and the strategic orientation for the designing of the new normal economic mechanism. |
